my vision & team

I believe the way we look at the serve needs to change. It’s unlike any other shot because it’s the only one fully under your control. That’s why it needs to be studied with greater attention – not just from a technical and tactical point of view, but also through the physical, mental, and precision aspects that define true mastery.

To bring even more depth and precision to my work, I’ve surrounded myself with some of the best experts in these areas. I regularly consult with them to sharpen my methods and deepen my understanding of each element that makes the serve motion complete. You can read more about them in the sections below.

Miljan Grbović

Olympic gold medal S&C coach,

Part of Novak Djokovic’s team, Professor

Miljan is a highly respected strength and conditioning expert with experience across many different sports, working with athletes who have achieved World, European, and Olympic success. A close associate of Novak Djokovic, he brings deep expertise in performance development and injury prevention. Together, we explore how to develop the physical foundations required for elite-level serving — from strength and mobility to power transfer and overall body coordination.

Andrija Gerić

Sports psychologist,
Olympic champion as both athlete and mental coach

An Olympic champion both as an athlete and as a mental coach (Sydney 2000, Paris 2024), Andrija brings a rare blend of competitive experience and psychological expertise. We collaborate on a range of topics, including serving under pressure, pre-serve rituals, fear of double faults, and understanding how the body learns movement — along with the most effective methods to improve that process.

Jelena Arunović

National shooting coach,

Olympics gold medal-winning coach in shooting

Precision is one of the key areas I focus on, and there’s no better person to explore that topic with than one of the world’s leading coaches in a sport where precision is everything —shooting.
As an Olympic champion coach, Jelena brings unique insight into developing and maintaining accuracy. Together, we work on drawing parallels between precision training in shooting and serving — how to measure it, design effective drills, create scenarios that simulate match pressure, and much more.
